Stylish Sneakers That Should Be on Your Shopping List

An outfit isn’t just about the clothes, the right shoes and accessories can tie the whole look together. Comfortable, but chic sneakers have become a major part of fashion. For a lot of us sneakers have always been apart of our OOTD, whether we’re going to school, running errands, or hanging with friends. Sneakers have been the go-to footwear for multiple reasons, but the number one being comfort. It doesn’t have to be one or the other. You don’t have to sacrifice comfort for the sake of fashion, or vice versa. We can all have the best of both worlds!

I’ve created a list of sneakers that aren’t only comfy, but stylish, and can be worn with just about anything in your closet!

Air Force 1’s– Lets start with the most obvious shoe, shall we? The all white Air Force 1’s are an essential must-have! I think everyone should own a pair of air forces! They go with everything, jeans, shorts, sweats skirts or dresses, you name it! AF1’s come in many different colorways as well, so if you don’t want to be “basic” you can try other colors, except black of course!

Jordans- Whether they’re 1’s, 4’s lows, or highs, Jordans are timeless. They also look really good on women. Way before I bought my first pair of 1’s I had always loved the way they looked. They look just as good on as they do off, and are so stylish! I can’t wait to add more Jordan’s to my collection! You should consider buying some as well, if you don’t already own any!

Yeezys- I feel like you either really like yeezys, or you really hate them. I happen to like them, they’re just crazy expensive! The only yeezys I could actually afford are the slides, which are actually on my list of shoes to buy! They’re expensive, but they’re so dope and I love seeing my favorite female influencers style them. Just like Jordan’s, I personally think yeezys look better on females then on males.

High Top Platform Converse & The Run Star Hike Converse- Converse is definitely stepping their game up. The high top platforms, and the run star hikes are so dope, and look so comfy too! I’ve been trying to get my hands on the run star hikes for almost a year now, and they’re always out of stock! They look so good on, and are super chic and stylish! They look good with skirts, and dresses, as well as pants! It also adds some height to those of you who are a little on the short side and want to look taller.

Dunk Lows– Dunks are definitely next on my list! Me and my boyfriend were talking last week about how we both want a pair. I love how different and fun some of the colorways are, such as, the community garden dunks, the Travis Scott Cactus Jack ones, or even the Ben & Jerry dunks.

Nike Sacai x LD waffle- I bought the white nylon sacai x ld waffles last March, and I can honestly say it’s the most comfiest shoe I own! They are definitely one of my favorites, and the silhouette of the shoe is so unique! I also love the gold toned aiglets, but y’all know I’m a sucker for gold!

There are lots of other shoes that can add to or elevate your outfits, these happen to be my personal favorites. You can be just as stylish in sneakers as you can in heels, if not more. Remember fashion is what you make of it, and comfort and fashion can go hand in hand!
